Rental Agreement Terms - Cyprus

By proceeding with this booking, you agree to the following terms:

1. Driver Requirements

  • Minimum age: 25 years for most vehicles
  • Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
  • International Driving Permit required for non-EU licenses

2. Insurance Coverage

  • Comprehensive insurance included
  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with reduced excess
  • Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) available

3. Special Conditions

  • Left-hand side driving (UK style)
  • Vehicle cannot leave Cyprus
  • Green Line crossing not permitted

4. Payment & Deposits

  • Credit card required for security deposit
  • Fuel policy: Full-to-Full
  • Airport surcharge may apply

Greece

Rental Agreement Terms - Greece

By proceeding with this booking, you agree to the following terms:

1. Driver Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years (25 for certain vehicle categories)
  • Valid driver's license held for at least 1 year
  • International Driving Permit may be required for non-EU licenses

2. Insurance Coverage

  • Third Party Liability Insurance included
  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with excess applies
  • Theft Protection (TP) with excess applies
  • Additional insurance packages available to reduce excess

3. Payment Terms

  • Security deposit required at pickup
  • Fuel policy: Full-to-Full (return with same fuel level)
  • Additional charges may apply for optional extras

4. Vehicle Usage

  • Vehicles must remain in Greece unless prior authorization obtained
  • Off-road driving is strictly prohibited
  • Maximum number of drivers as specified in agreement

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
  • Late cancellations may incur charges
  • No-show bookings are non-refundable

Italy

Rental Agreement Terms - Italy

By proceeding with this booking, you agree to the following terms:

1. Driver Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years (varies by vehicle category)
  • Valid EU or International driver's license
  • Young driver surcharge applies for drivers under 25

2. Insurance & Protection

  • Mandatory insurance included (RCA)
  • CDW and TP with excess
  • Super CDW available to eliminate excess

3. Road Usage

  • ZTL zones (Limited Traffic Zones) require special attention
  • Highway tolls apply (Telepass available)
  • Winter tires may be mandatory in certain periods/regions

4. Cross-Border Travel

  • Travel to neighboring countries permitted with prior authorization
  • Additional insurance required for certain countries
  • Green Card insurance certificate provided upon request
